<p><span>Animation and virtual reality movie-making technologies are still witnessing significant progress to this day. Building stimulating characters inside these applications is a goal. Build 3D face via using some special tools the world most important part of identifying animation. Keen Tools Face Builder add-on for Blender. Interested in creating famous figure, artist or general public by adopting several 2D images added blinder software environment. The main problem facing that they deal with high-resolution sharpness pictures because contain blurring, result build model contains design distortions non- clearly. proposed paper, data set specific character (actor), at resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels. These were caught camera, different blurring (four types blurry). Using “Laplacian Filter algorithm” OpenCV library Python language, isolate blurry from images. Sharpness used gave real similar results pictures. </span></p>
